PARTIAL VERDICT CHARGE

            Your foreperson has presented the court with a note.

            Your verdict on each count must be unanimous.  That means that, as to each individual count, you must agree on a verdict.  However, if you cannot reach an agreement on one or more counts, but you can agree on a verdict on the other count or counts, you may return a partial verdict indicating on the Verdict Form which count or counts you have decided, and which count or counts you have not decided.
