EXPERT TESTIMONY ABOUT DNA PROFILING AND PSYCHOLOGICAL TESTING

You have heard evidence concerning DNA profiling and psychological testing.  I stress again that you are the judges of the facts in this case.  You must determine whether DNA profiling and psychological testing are reliable techniques, and whether each technique was properly applied in this case.  You should treat DNA profiling and psychological testing no differently than the other evidence before you.  You may give them whatever weight you think they deserve.
