A witnessís testimony may be discredited by evidence that the witness has a reputation for not telling the truth, in the community where the witness now resides or has recently resided.† If you find that a witnessís testimony has been called into question, you may consider the evidence of the witnessís reputation in deciding how much weight to give the witnessís testimony.
