DEFINITION OF “ALCOHOL CONCENTRATION” -- 23 V.S.A. § 1200(1)

Alcohol concentration means either (A) the number of grams of alcohol per 100 milliliters of blood, or (B) the number of grams of alcohol per 210 liters of breath.
